Group Psychotherapy

Group Psychotherapy for Individuals
A dynamic therapy group offers a space to explore relationships, emotional patterns, identity, and ways of relating within a shared human experience.
Through the group process, thoughts, feelings, anxieties, and interpersonal dynamics gradually emerge and become available for reflection, understanding, and change.
The group creates opportunities for deeper self-understanding, emotional reflection, and meaningful encounters with others within a safe and ongoing therapeutic space.
The Group Experience
In a group, people often begin to recognise themselves through their encounters with others. Patterns of relating, feelings of belonging or isolation, emotional reactions, and unconscious dynamics gradually become visible within the shared space of the group
