Groups For Young Adults

Why participate in a group?
A group can become a space where people encounter themselves through others.
Within the group, emotional patterns, anxieties, relationships, and ways of relating gradually emerge and become available for reflection and change.
Group therapy offers the possibility of connection, insight, and emotional growth within a shared human experience.
